POLICIES

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIMES:

Please note that check out time is 12 noon and check in time is 1PM.**

CAMPSITE GENERAL:

*Please be courteous to your neighbors. Quiet time is from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM*

Your Lot is the space between the electrical box for your Lot and the electrical box of your neighbor. 

The utility pedestals are the sole property of the Park and must be accessible at all times. 

Any light bulb used on the exterior of the RV may only be a maximum of sixty (60) watts or LED 6-8 and may only be aimed at portions of the Tenant’s Lot.

Fire pits of any type are prohibited in the park

PETS:

We welcome well-mannered pets and responsible pet owners but please no Chows, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, or other aggressive breeds. Please contact the office for information about pet restrictions.

Rates are subject to change without notice.

RULES & REGULATIONS:

Please review our Park Rules if you have any questions about your stay with us.

CANCELLATIONS:

Subject to a minimum $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 3-7 days of scheduled check-in are subject to a penalty equal to one (1) day’s reservation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled check-in are subject to a penalty equal to 50% of the reservation total or the equivalent of one night ($61.05), whichever is greater. Please contact the property for cancellations or to make any changes to your reservation. For cancellation purposes, scheduled check in is considered to be 3:00 PM of the scheduled arrival date. Cancellation fees will apply to each site individually if you booked multiple sites. THIS PORTION OF THE CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES TO NIGHTLY AND WEEKLY RESERVATIONS ONLY.

MONTHLY CANCELLATIONS:

Monthly reservations (30 nights or more) are subject to a $200 deposit and a $100 cancellation fee if canceled over 30 days of scheduled arrival. The entire deposit is kept if the reservation is canceled less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival. There is no cancellation fee if it is canceled within 72 hours of making your reservation. (THIS PORTION OF THE CANCELLATION POLICY ONLY APPLIES TO RESERVATIONS OF 30 OR MORE NIGHTS)


VEHICLES, ROADS, PARKING & GUESTS:


ELECTRIC VEHICLES:
Electric Vehicles are not permitted to be plugged into and charged at the electrical pedestals at the Park. The Park is not equipped to charge electric vehicles.
VEHICLES:

  • There is a one vehicle max per Lot.  All others must be stored off-premises.
  • There is a speed limit of 5 mph while driving in the Park. 
  • Fire lanes must be kept clear, park in designated parking spot.

GENERAL RULES

LAUNDRY ROOM: 

  • A $5 deposit will be taken for laundry and bathroom keys. If returned the deposit will be returned.
  • Guest must keep laundry room clean.
  • Do not leave laundry in the washer or dryer. The park is not responsible for lost or damaged clothing.
  • Empty lint trap after every use.
  • Do not wash clothes that are soiled, have excessive grease or dirt. 
  • Do not overload the machines.
  • Wipe down all surfaces when you are finished.

BATHROOM AND SHOWER:

No personal belongings are to be left in the bathroom when finished using them.

Bathrooms are to be kept clean, please dry the floors when you are finished. 

GARBAGE BINS:

The Garbage Bins are for household trash only. 

No wood, electronics, concrete, furniture, mattresses, or other large, heavy items are to be thrown into the bins. It is your responsibility to take those types of items to the dump.

Cardboard boxes must be broken down flat and placed in recycle bin. 

GENERATORS AND OTHER ELECTRICAL RULES:

You may not run a generator unless the entire Park is without electricity.


If there is an issue with the electrical box at your Lot, please notify the office staff immediately!  *DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAIR ANY PROPERY OF THE PARK YOURSELF* (AT YOUR CAMPSITE OR OTHERWISE) 

PARK DISTURBANCES:

Our park is an RV community similar to ones in the local area. As in other typical campsite communities, the Tenants are expected to experience and accept a reasonable number of disturbances. 


If one of your neighbors is disturbing you, it is agreed that you will affirmatively contact the person and make a reasonable effort to resolve and remedy the disturbance. 

Management shall have no responsibility, duty or obligation to intercede in a “neighbor vs. neighbor” dispute, except as may be required by law. 

Code of Conduct:

Tenants and Guests must behave reasonably, be respectful of the legitimate rights of others, and not do anything which will unreasonably and adversely affect others and or anything which may endanger anyone or any other person’s property. This limitation includes, but is not limited to, unreasonable and excessive noise, intoxication, quarreling, threatening, fighting, trespassing, immoral or illegal conduct, profanity, or rude, boisterous, objectionable, or abusive language or conduct, threatening or interfering with the manager, employees, contractors, or Owner of the Park.


The use or display of fireworks and any weapon, including, but not limited to, bow and arrow, BB guns, knives, and guns are expressly prohibited. Tenants are responsible for their actions and conduct as well as the actions and conduct of their family members, guests, and invitees and must acquaint all Guests with the rules and regulations of the Park. Tenants are financially responsible for any and all damage they cause, or any damage caused by their family members, guests, and invitees. 


Stereos, radios, CD players, televisions, and all other music devices and musical instruments must be used so as not to unreasonably disturb others. 

Tenants and Guests must not encroach or trespass on any area which is not open for general use for Tenants and their Guests. All Park property which is not for the use of Tenants and Guests, including but not limited to utility connections or other equipment connected with utility services and tools and equipment of the Park must be avoided and not used, tampered with, or interfered with in any way. 


Tenants and their Guests must be quiet and orderly and shall not be allowed to do anything which might be cause for complaint. "Quiet Time” in the Park is between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Tenants must acquaint all Guests and all occupants of the RV with the Park’s Rules and Regulations. During these hours there will be no construction or contractors allowed in the Park unless specifically authorized by Management. This policy excludes Park maintenance deemed necessary by Management. 


Liability:

The Park does not carry public liability or property damage insurance to compensate Tenant, Tenant's Guests, or any other person from any loss, damage, or injury except those resulting from actions where the Park would be legally liable for such loss, damage, or injury. Tenant is required and responsible for obtaining, at Tenant's own cost, extended coverage for RV, fire, and other casualty insurance on the Recreational Vehicle, other improvements and contents to the full insurable value and such other insurance as is necessary to protect Tenant, Tenant's Guest(s), or others from loss or liability, and Tenant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Park from any liability thereof. 


Tenant and Tenant’s Guests acknowledge that Owner shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any kind whatsoever to the person or property of any Tenant, Guest, or invitee of any person caused by use of the Park, Park Facilities or RV Site, or by any defect in improvements erected thereon, or arising from any accident in the Park, or any fire or casualty thereon, or arising from any cause whatsoever, unless resulting from the negligence or willful act of the Owner or its authorized agents.

The Park reserves the right to amend Park rules at any time in compliance with California law.


These are RV Campsites. Each campsite is the property of Leisure R.V., LLC.

Leisure R.V reserves the right to amend park rules at any time with appropriate notice in compliance with CA HSC and RV park law.

**Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Discount(s) will only be provided on the qualifying day(s) and all prerequisites must be met to obtain the discount(s). Discounts cannot be applied to weekly or monthly rates. Discounts do not apply to event and/or holiday periods. These periods include the period of three days before and three days after the holiday or start and end date of the event and include but are not limited to: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day. Leisure RV Park reserves the right to amend, alter, or terminate these discount programs at any time.
